Do you remember block printing from your childhood? I’ve had so many people sign up for my class who remember it fondly and are eager to try it again. My favorite has been the kids who require hardly any instruction and are immediate masters.

I spent an afternoon with a group of high schoolers who went from “so not creative” to “logo designers” in one quick session. They got a taste of Adobe Illustrator and the coolness of graphic design—and ended up with t-shirts to raffle off at a neighborhood event.
