Consulting Designer

Meatpacking BID, New York, NY | September 2021–current

Designed quarterly board meeting presentations for the team, starting with their 2021 Annual Report. Transformed information-dense slides into visually compelling presentations that align with the neighborhood’s aesthetic, enhancing the board’s engagement with the team’s accomplishments.

Fashion Scholarship Fund, New York, NY | January 2020–current

Designed the FSF Annual Reports since 2019, transforming a detail-heavy document into one that’s engaging and fresh. Ensured consistent design across all student touchpoints—from emails to campus posters—and translated the new brand identity guidelines for the Virgil Abloh™ ‘Post Modern’ Scholarship Fund to streamline usage for the team.

IXIS, Burlington, VT | June 2021–current

Developed key brand elements, crafted sales and client acquisition materials, and directed design for a desktop data analytics application.

Founder and creative director of Salty Hippo Studio, specializing in hand-printed textiles. Oversee all aspects of the business, from design and product creation to branding, marketing, and client collaborations, with a focus on innovative, high-quality textiles for quilters and sewists.

• Guided both creative and marketing teams through the implementation of “quirky” design voice
• Collaborated on bringing this unique style to life across email campaigns, event signage, advertising, and digital communications

Polyvore, Creative Director, New York, NY/Mountain View, CA | May 2012–April 2018

Hired to direct the design voice at Polyvore, a successfully acquired Silicon Valley-based startup
• Directed Polyvore’s brand voice, aligning creative execution with business goals to deliver high performance assets across marketing and sales
• Built an email program from scratch, growing it to 4 million subscribers and generating up to 20% of daily revenue alongside the Marketing and Editorial Directors
• Sole creative position on the revenue team responsible for driving acquisition of company
• Led concept and tone for the General Presentation, a pivotal sales tool defining Polyvore’s brand and value in client pitches

Promoted twice to a position of leadership in an extremely competitive, high-pressure environment
• Designed advertising layouts and advertorial spreads for Vogue clients
